Prepare Your Special Yom Tov and Shabbat Meals

Although Hess is world renowned as a master sausage maker and for it’s delicious restaurant meals – the Hess family tradition, which goes back 6 generations, has it’s roots in preparing specially ordered meat meals for Yom Tov and Shabbat.
Among the many delectable items you may order are a tantalizing Roast Beef aged for 3 weeks to perfection, as well as delicious Entrecote Steaks also aged for 3 weeks.
We also offer a wide variety of special cuts such as: authentic filets to be prepared as filet Wellington or Chateau Briand, Filet Mignon or Beef Stroganoff.
At Hess we can also can prepare for you tasty Boneless Veal Breasts, Boneless Rack of Veal, Veal Cutlets, Veal Osso Bucco, succulent Filet of Duckling, or Lamb Osso Bucco.
Other specialty cuts are also available upon request. Marcel will be happy to advise as well as recommend the best possible meat delicacies in order to enhance your Shabbat or Yom Tov meals for your family and guests. Please order in advance.
