and Shabbat.
Among the many delectable items you may order are a tantalizing Roast
Beef aged for 3 weeks to perfection, as well
as delicious Entrecote Steaks also aged for 3 weeks.
We also offer a wide variety of special cuts such as: authentic filets
to be prepared as filet Wellington or Chateau
Briand, Filet Mignon or Beef Stroganoff.
At Hess we can also can prepare for you tasty Boneless Veal
Breasts, Boneless Rack of Veal, Veal
Cutlets, Veal Osso Bucco, succulent Filet of Duckling,
or Lamb Osso Bucco.
Other specialty cuts are also available upon request. Marcel
